At The Times Watches, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

• Returns: You may return any unused watch within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in original packaging and condition.

• Exchanges: If you received a defective or wrong item, we’ll gladly exchange it free of charge within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Conditions: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after inspection.
